The Scholarship Hallmark designates a scholarly focus. Over 37 Million Dollars is awarded annually.
Phi Theta Kappa offers many opportunities for leadership on the local, regional and international levels.
Service, a habit we hope to develop in all of our members, provides great returns for a small investment.
The interaction of scholarship, leadership, and service is meaningless without fellowship.
We are Chi Iota. We are a group of individuals committed to bringing the mission of Phi Theta Kappa to the students of Burlington County College. We are devoted to recognize and encourage academic achievement not only of our members but all students. We include everyone in our attempts to inform the student population about tools available such as collegefish.org and programs like C4 to inspire personal dedication to individual goals. We are more than academic over-achievers; we are a participating member of our college and community. We create opportunities for members to branch out to the community and give back in ways that they never knew they could. We are Phi Theta Kappa, contributing to your success through honors, leadership, service, and fellowship. We are Chi Iota!
The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence.
